Going Green
Next time you need a pop of color, consider adding some green! From lime to emerald and beyond, there are so many shades to pick from — and we’re loving them all!
Power Shoulders
Voluminous shoulders and sleeves make for an empowering appearance! Embrace a balloon sleeve or power shoulder for a more sculptural look.
Tie-Dye
Tie-dye was everywhere last year, especially when it comes to lounge wear. For a 2021 twist on this well-loved trend, try adding tie-dye accessories for a more subtle look, or applying it to your less casual ensembles.
Creative Suiting
Working from home means we can be more creative with our “office-wear.” Try switching a pant for a short (business on the top, party on the bottom…plus no one will see on Zoom if you don’t want them to!) or throwing on a relaxed-fit blazer.
Fun Face Masks
Yes, masks are necessary, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be fashionable. Have fun with yours by matching it to a cute scrunchie or adding a funky chain.
Sheer Details
Sheer detailing is a sophisticated way to enhance pieces and create a modern twist on opaque fabrics. And contrary to what you may think, pieces with sheer detailing are no longer just for a night out — they can also be incorporated into daytime outfits!
Silver Everything
After months of living in pajamas and loungewear, it’s time to have some fun with your wardrobe again! Bring in silver and sequins for a 70s, disco-inspired look.
Statement Collars
Zoom is only showing our outfits from the waist up, but a statement collar adds a hefty dose of flair. We’re obsessed with everything from oversized lapels to ruffle detailing.
Head-To-Toe Patterns
We all love a good monochromatic outfit, and now we’re seeing pieces that consist of a single pattern! Look put-together and on-trend in an outfit made up entirely of one print.
Wide-Leg Pants
Tight pants, be gone! Wide-leg pants were seen all over the runways recently and are a guaranteed fashionable — and comfy — addition to any wardrobe.
Functional Fashion
Modular style is becoming all the rage as trendsetters turn to functional fashion. Dress more efficiently this year by using clip-ons to easily carry your essential items.
Shirring Silhouettes
We’re loving the shape that shirring can give silhouettes! Clothing with shirring under the bust and at the waist creates a more feminine look that is super flattering, not to mention comfortable.
