This issue focuses on the Danish word “hygge.” Hygge is defined as coziness and comfort. I helped style a shoot titled “Rustic Dreams” where we were trying to evoke the feelings experienced during a road trip. Our location was a park located just outside of Ann Arbor. The clothing that was chosen was supposed to look simple, comfortable, and easy. We wanted our models to look appropriately fashionable in a rustic environment.
